If
I purchased the x64 OEM Vista Ultimate, can I use the SAME KEY on the
SAME PC to install the x86 version along with the x64 version? Can both dual boot (using one at a time obviously) on the one PC
with one OEM key? I have the installer and can try it but don't want
to: 1. Break any laws 2. have my x64 install de-activated when I activate the x86 install.
Any one have any experience on this matter?
My sticker just indicates that it is a key for Windows Vista Ultimate (x64 or x86 are not referenced)
You can only use one copy (either x86 or x64) as both of them uses one and only one product key. So you can't use both of systems in the same time. Please contact your local Microsoft support center for further details.
