Sharing schedule WITHOUT sharing resource allocation information RRS feed

  • Question

  • Good day All,

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to share my project schedule data with a customer WITHOUT sharing the allocation information that has been assigned to the project?

    TIA,

    James

Why don't you save a second copy of the project and then delete all of the resources in the Resource Sheet view of the project?  And then send that to the customer.  Just a thought.  Hope this helps.

  • Thank you Dale. Yes, that was my first thought but that would mean maintaining 2 separate schedules as things change. I am hoping that there is someway to "hide" the resource allocation tables.

It's not possible to hide the resource allocation information in Microsoft Project.  Sorry.  Hope this helps.
