Change account for outgoing Mails in SCSM 2012 RRS feed

  • We use SCSM2012 but do not use the Self-Service Portal at the moment. So I´ve created a Task to send the Affected User of an Incident or a Service Request a direct mail from the console. That really works great, but the Problem is that the outgoing Mail is send from the account of the Service Desk User who is actual working on this Incident in the Console and not from the general Service Desk account. Is there any possibility to Change the Mail account of the outgoing Mails from the Console?
