Autodiscover test failed in Connectivity test

Hi,

We have several outlook issues. So whe have run the connectivity analyzer and noticed that the autodiscover URL failed internally.

We use @driessen.nl as mail suffix. Alle users have their mailboxes online. We have a hybrid Configuration, but on-premise there are only Publci Folders.

The result of the connectivity analyzer gives :

Attempting to test potentail Autodiscover URL HTTPS://driessen.mail.onmicrosoft.com:443/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml failed.

Do we still need this record as we only sent and receive mail on the @driessen.nl suffix.

Hi Hans,

Based on my research, the following record doesn't mean AutoDiscover was failed, please provide full records the connectivity analyzer gives to help us analyze the issue.

Attempting to test potentail Autodiscover URL HTTPS://driessen.mail.onmicrosoft.com:443/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml failed.

Regarding "Do we still need this record", I'd recommend you have a look at the following article and make sure the records for Office 365 are set correctly:
