Inbound Calls Automatically Placed on hold.

Question

We are using Nortel CS1000 5.0>OCS r2
The inbound call rings to the phone, when the user tries to answer the call, the call goes on hold. It appears to the user that they can’t hear the far end but the call is on hold. The user is not able to take the call off hold. The problem is resolved temporarily by removing the OCS programming on the set level (ast/t87). Below is a MCM capture of one of these calls.

Do you not run the proper software for the deployment integration?
whether you are trying to do Dual Forking with RCC or not?

TR87 is the implementation OC/OCS uses for communicating the Remote Call Control commands.
