    By now I am climbing the wall. There is nothing more frustrating than when trying to retrieve a lost password for an email account you have been using for ages and the reset function says the account does not exist. I only started to get these problems since Microsoft took over hotmail and made it outlook.

    Please can someone from Microsoft help me to Retrieve my lost hotmail. I do not have a telephone associated with this account and the email is said to be non existent????????????????

    But, if it is what i think it is, which it probably is, the account was removed for inactivity.
