  • Hi,

Do you want to disable conversation view in Outlook 2016?
If so, you can try below steps:
      • On the View tab, in the Conversations group, clear the Show as Conversations check box.
      • Click All Folders or This folder.

If you have something issue about it, please open Registry and check the value of UpgradeToConversations (1 means use Conversations, 0 means not) in below location:
    GPO: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\office\14.0\Outlook\Setup\
    No GPO: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\Setup
