connectivity issue between the virtual machines of two different hyper-v server RRS feed

  • i have installed windows server 2012 on two different physical servers,, in 1st hyper-v i created AD and six other virtual machines and on the other 2nd hyper-v server i created 2 virtual machines now i want all my physical machines and virtual machines under the one domain i created in my AD virtual machine ... but i am trying from the last three days but failed..can any one help me out with this

    Do you use VLAN ? Can you ping each Hyper-V's host ?

  • Make sure that the VM networks involved are available across the hosts.

    This can be a error in the switch configuration (missing VLAN, not routed VLANs etc) 

    Also, make sure that you are using the type of "external" on your virtual switch configuration on your hosts, if not, you are not able to communicate on the network.
