    I think I tried to merge it with windows mail or another email.  Now I can't remember.  Can anyone help me get it back to the way it was????

    What do you mean by “merge”? Adding account to other mail client?

    Could we know which command line do you use? When you type a command line in the Run, please pay attention to that there is a space between outlook.exe and / . For example, outlook.exe /resetnavpane.

    Normally, this issue can be caused by many reasons. You can refer to this official article about detailed steps to handle this issue.
