How to export all events from Sharepoint calendar default view? RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Within the Calendar section, I am selecting Actions > Export To Spreadsheet.  When I view the exported data, it only contains a months worth of data instead of the three months of data that are currently entered.  Other than going to "Áll events" view to export all events, is there any settings that i can configured so that I can export all events at the Calendar view?

    From my understand it is SharePoint Design for Calendar view, it shows monthly events, so when you export to spreadsheet, it only can contains a month of data.

    And there are two ways to achieve this if you want to export specific data:

    one is as you mentioned, go to All events view and then export data. another is create a new view using a calculated column to extract Year for the start time field , then export.
