Incident template and Enumeration value RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am a new Service Manager user and I trying to build our request offering catalog (from the generic incident template), which will be available from the self-service portal to the end users.

    But actually, I can’t figure out how we can restrict the incident category classification by request, ex;  If someone open a request about software, we want to see only the software related categories in the lists of classification…

    for the time being,  I've try to create some child Items from the classification list, but without success.

  • As far as I know it's not possible to filter a enumeration list based on a criteria.
