    I need a tool to sync accounts (including passwords) from OD (open Directory) to AD (Active Directory), can FIM do that? if not do we have any other tool?

    I AM Not sure what Open Directory is, but here is the list of Out of the box Management Agents.

    If you have passwords encrypted in OD, there is no way to sync them into AD "as they are". Only if you could decrypt them, you would be able to set the same passwords in AD.

    Sync of accounts is possible and FIM/MIM can do that.

    For password sync in FIM/MIM the only option is to have AD as a master (so user has to change pwd in AD if he wants it to be reset in both OD and AD).
