caller cannot hear anything after being on hold by lync client or CX600 phone RRS feed

  • hi,

    scenario- caller A calls caller B. Caller B puts A on hold, A hears music on hold. B resumes the call-Caller A cannot hear anything anymore.

    Happens when caller A is external, e.g calling from mobile phone.


    Any ideas of why this is happening?

  • How are you connected to the PSTN. THrough a gateway or SIP trunk?

  • resolved. Issues were on external SIP trunk
