Mixed configuration of delegation and team caller group configured with sefautil RRS feed

  • We experienced the following issue with the configuration of delegation and team caller group via sefautil.

    User_A has defined User_B as his delegate.
    User_B has defined a team call group together with User_A.

    Issue: If no-one takes the call, calls to User_B are forwarded to the VoiceMailBox of User_A which is incorrect. 
    Expectation: Calls to User_B should be forwarded to the VoiceMailBox of User_B

    Additional info:
    All Users are EV enabled 

    Sefautil Info User_A:
    User Aor: sip:User_A@contoso.com
    Display Name: User_A
    UM Enabled: True
    Simulring enabled: False
    Simultaneously Ringing Delegates: sip:User_B@contoso.com

    Sefautil Info User_B:
    User Aor: sip:User_B@contoso.com
    Display Name: User_B
    UM Enabled: True
    Simulring enabled: False
    Delay Ringing Team (delay:10 seconds). Team: sip:User_A@contoso.com

    Question:

    Is there any information that a mix of delegation and team caller group is not supported?

  • Hi Skype_Support,

    In my understanding, it is not supported. For the voice mail issue, I suggest you could try to configure a response group and specific a user’s SIP as forward to voice mail. You could refer to the following case to find some details: Forwarding calls to delegate and voicemail.
