Distribution Point Error RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi All,

Relatively new to this forum and to SCCM.

I am attempting to push out some updates from our local SCCM Server to 8 distribution points, however, we are having failures on every point with "The source directory \\xxxx18sccm01\packages$\Packages\Windows 7 Ring 1 Updates\8xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx for package C420005B does not exist.

Anyone got any idea of what could be happening here, or where I troubleshoot this issue?

    Regards.

  • Hi czql5v,

Here is a similar issue for your reference. This issue occurs when the update package shares the same source location with other software update packages. Please kindly try to re-create the package in new location.

    Hope above information helps.
