Sysprep Image takes a long time to boot RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am using POSReady 7 and using sysprep, now everything works fine as it should but takes over an hour from powerup till it boots into Windows for the first time.  Now I know in my unattend.xml I am using the reinstall all devices option but Windows is running its setup and I can see that working but once it is done and reboots, it comes up to a black screen with the mouse in the corner and sits at the screen for 30 min. Then it boots into Windows and all is well.  My xml has little config in it why does it sit at this screen for so long?

I typically install it via USB using Imagex through Winpe to the Drive which takes roughly 15min

But the Initial Windows boot takes over an hour
