task scheduler - fails with PCSKBD110 - The system keyboard (type=0, subtype=0) is not supported

  • I am running Windows 2008 - r2 and have set up the task scheduler to run my IBM personal communications. If I am logged in with my admin account, I can right click and run a task successfully or schedule a task and while still logged in, watch the scheduler kick it off successfully. My IBM personal communications settings have a keyboard file (img_jump.kmp) which when the session opens I can click the keyboard and it will open successfully. But, if I schedule the task then loggoff the box, task scheduler will launch the cmd file, but it will fail with a: PCSKBD110 - The system keyboard (type=0, subtype=0) is not supported. This same kmp file works just fine in Windows 2003. I have no idea why Windows 2008 R2 does not support this file - is there another one that I can download that works in Windows 2008?
