Following "Partial" ATA upgrade to 1.8 unable to open "monitoring" site.

    Question

  • Just wondering if this is expected behavior, we've just completed upgrade from v1.7 to v1.8 (all gateways successfully updated) however we notice that we are unable to open our console site.  Not sure if this is expected because we intentionally ran a "partial" update and will not see new data for 3 weeks (- but we'd expect to at least see our splash page for ATA, we don't just a blank white page) or if we need to take further steps.

  • The ATA web console should be active immediately after the upgrade completes.

    If it's not - this is a problem we need to figure out.
    There are a lot of possible reasons, so sorry for the ton of questions below (will save us a lot of ping pong...)

    What exactly happens when you try to go to the console Url?

    Do you have any authentication dialog?

    What is there on the screen?

    Is the Center domain joined or not?

    Which user are you using to try to log in? A domain user or a local user?

    Did you try to login from a server machine or a workstation?
    If  you only tried from a server, can you try from a workstation too?

    Which browser are you using?

    Are there any non default NTLM settings either on the machine you are trying to access from or the Center machine?

    Do you have a proxy defined?
