Transport Rule to Prevent User to add other in BCC

  • I am facing issues that how to create a transport Rule that prevent user to add in BCC Kindly Help me Out to perform any action to stop if user adding others to BCC

  • The above solution would work regardless of the version of Exchange because your basically controlling the clients ability to add a BCC. Another approach if you have OnPrem exchange is to build your Transport Agent, in a Transport Agent https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb125012%28v=exchg.150%29.aspx you could delete any BCC recipients from the Messages and send a warning back to user (However you would need to be careful you don't break things like Meeting booking which relies on BCC's for Resource etc)
