HP MP Missing Vital information on Email Alerts

Question

When we receive an alert from the HP MP we are getting the below information, nowhere in here does it advise that this alert is for a failed drive.
Any ideas on how to get more info in the mails?

Hi Sir,
I assume that MP use Email subscription to send email .
I'd suggest you to check if it exists , if yes , then edit it to add the variable of SCOM alert:
(If the critical alert doesn't show it is due to "failed drive" , you may use script to add the 'useful information' into custom fields of alert , then , add the custom fields into Email context )
Best Regards,
Elton

Thank you for the prompt response Elton, can you confirm what you mean by using a script to add useful information?
Regards,
James.

Hi,
I am also using HP MP and able to get the full description mentioning failed drive details. You can either update your HP MP or check the alert Rule/Monitor and look under Alerting tab if the required parameters are there.
Regards,
Shashi
