Problem arises in the installation of Matlab ??

Hello,
The problem is that i tried to install matlab R2014a setup file in windows 8.1. During the initial process of installation, as it is prerequisites for the installation of Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable(x64), the following error arises:
Error 1935.An error occured during the installation of assembly "Microsoft.VC80.ATL.type="win32",version="8.0.50727.6195",.I visited number of sites and come across this error.Even though i followed the steps provided to solve it, but it's of no use. Hope this forum solve this problem.

Firstly, I was confused where the error occurs, in Microsoft Visual C++ installation process or MATLAB installation process.
If the issue occurs in Microsoft Visual C++ installation process, we would like to suggest you download the higher version of Visual C++ and install it. If you persist to use the old version, please download it from the link below.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=21254
Also, we have found a issue which is similar to yours and it is solved by OP, you could refer it in the link below to fix it.
If the issue occurs during MATLAB installation process, we would consider the MATLAB installation affect Visual C++. For this condition, you could contact MATLAB for further support.

Exactly as Simon says, if the MATLAB installation fails during an attempt to automatically install a dependency, try installing that dependency before you run the MATLAB installer.
