Firstly, I was confused where the error occurs, in Microsoft Visual C++ installation process or MATLAB installation process.
If the issue occurs in Microsoft Visual C++ installation process, we would like to suggest you download the higher version of Visual C++ and install it. If you persist to use the old version, please download it from the
link below.

If the issue occurs during MATLAB installation process, we would consider the MATLAB installation affect Visual C++. For this condition, you could contact MATLAB for further support.
