  • Hi Barbara,

    Issue has been resolved. Someone restricted the domain search in people picker as we have multiple domain users.

    Added the domain by using the below powershell. Thanks to Trevor Seward for the knowledge :)

    $wa = Get-SPWebApplication http://webAppUrl
    $adsearchobj = New-Object Microsoft.SharePoint.Administration.SPPeoplePickerSearchActiveDirectoryDomain
    $adsearchobj.DomainName = "contoso.com"
    $adsearchobj.ShortDomainName = "CONTOSO" #Optional$wa = Get-SPWebApplication http://webAppUrl
    $adsearchobj = New-Object Microsoft.SharePoint.Administration.SPPeoplePickerSearchActiveDirectoryDomain
    $adsearchobj.DomainName = "contoso.com"
    $adsearchobj.ShortDomainName = "CONTOSO" #Optional
    $adsearchobj.IsForest = $true #$true for Forest, $false for Domain

    $wa.PeoplePickerSettings.SearchActiveDirectoryDomains.Add($adsearchobj)
    $wa.Update() $adsearchobj.IsForest = $true #$true for Forest, $false for Domain $wa.PeoplePickerSettings.SearchActiveDirectoryDomains.Add($adsearchobj) $wa.Update()

    Thanks
