    Hello,

    I have a rather specific question. A client of us created a meeting in the shared calendar in SP2007 with a document workspace. When he tries to reschedule the meeting the meeting workspace is not available any more (404 error). We have found out that this is due some kind of corrupt workspace (when we recreated the meeting with a new workspace, there wes no issue recheduling it), and we would like to transfer the old workspace data to a different one (we will acrtually recreate the calendar entry with a new document workspace). Is there a way to do it?

    Hi Hakka,

    You can export the old workspace data and import to a new workspace using stsadm export/import.
    But the both instances of old meeting workspace and new meeting workspace will display in the new workspace.
    Just like that many meetings link to the one workspace, it will create many different Subjects (with different instance ID) with each meeting name in one workspace.

    You can try with stsadm and check the effect.
    Note: When you use the stsadm –o import command, you need to import the data to a workspace URL.
    If not, it will fail because of the site template mismatch.
