asks for password then says wrong password for this account RRS feed

    Are you able to logon using this account?


    If you are not able to logon using this account, please make sure the password is correct at first.

    First of all, please we need check if the Caps Lock is enable, it could be the culprit when we are prompted with wrong password.

    Please type the password on the On-Screen Keyboard to have a try.

    Click “Ease of access” button, then select ”Type without the keyboard” to open  On-Screen Keyboard.

    If the issue persists, I am afraid that the current password might be not correct, please logon with another account if it is available.
