TMG or UAG

This may sound dumb but I want to be sure. We have a UAG/TMG server, I have added a wildcard cert to the server. I now want to publish access to internal websites from the server I assume I do this through the TMG side correct? These websites are currently published thorugh our firewall but they all have seperate certs we want to combine under one wildcard cert. So I would build a rule for say webmail.abc.com on the TMG side and that would forward access to the internal server correct?

Hi Mitch,

No, the TMG instance installed on UAG is not meant to be used directly as discussed here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee522953.aspx

If using UAG, you can publish websites using the application templates provided in the UAG management console.

Thanks for the info but what I mat be missing here is how do I publish a website to external users from an internal server via UAG. So if we have say a portal that ring now folks go to https://portal.abc.com from outside and through the firewall get to our internal server I want that server behind the TMG server so that when folks go to portal.abc.com they go to the UAG/TMG server and it proxys to the internal server I can do that in UAG with out have the user log into the Network Application access site?
