Logo of the company in a PDP (PWA 2010) RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

How do we have to store an image file (.jpg) (in SharePoint?) so that we can get its URL and add it in an Image Viewer web part inside a PDP?

    Thanks

  • There's a library called Site Collection Images in PWA. Go to Site Settings, View all Site Content to see it.

Once it's there, select the checkbox next to the image. On the ribbon, click View Properties. Right click on the title and copy shortcut. Then go to Site Actions, Site Settings, Title, Description and icon and update the url there for the logo url.

  • That's the procedure to update it for the site, however you can still store it there and use the url in the image viewer web part.
