Hello,
Intune is a cloud-based MDM/MAM solution. It dons't support tasks and calendar. Therefore, it's impossible to sync outlook tasks and calendar to Intune.
In Intune portal, you can add the apps, and assign them to the users. Please set the assignment type to Available, so that the apps can be displayed in the Company Portal. Please click here for more details.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/intune/apps/store-apps-android
The end user can install the apps from the Company Portal.
