IE9 Will Not Allow Me To Open My Documents RRS feed

    I recently upgraded from the IE8 to the IE9, but when I went to open my documents, downloads, music, pictures, C drive or anything it wouldn't let me.  I can use IE9 just fine all my pages load good and everything else it just will not let me open the folders.  I downloaded the 64/bit version which is what my computer is running but it still will not work.  Does anybody know what could be causing this?  I have switched back to IE8 until I can figure this out and any help would be nice. Thanks
