Change the Save your Files message RRS feed

  • Question

  • Is there anyway to change the Save Your Files message. I want to change the wording so as to not scare off some of our users. The impact will be the same tho. We need to advise them to save to entwork locations before logging off.

    Thanks

  • Hi celica_72, thanks for the post. I'd like to inform you that there is no interface to change the "Save your files" message. However, we can use third party tools to change the source code and bitmap of the Windows SteadyState file:

Important Note: Microsoft doesn’t  recommend  editing the source code of the program files. Improper changes may cause program or system corruption. The following steps are for your reference. Perform at your own risk.

You can refer to the following thread for detail steps:

    Timer language

Note: we need to load Bubble.exe in the tool and replace bitmap.

    Hope this helps!
