DHCP wrong subnet mask RRS feed

  • Question

  • My DHCP server is handing out IPs from the wrong subnet mask.  Users can get on, are connected, but Group Policy is not working for them because proper policies aren't applied, etc.   I have a feeling it's because of this issue.  What do I need to do to troubleshoot this?  It seems to be from one scope.  Thanks in advance!

  • Hi,

Thanks for your posting in this forum.

Based on my experience, generally, the subnet mask obtained by the same range of IP addresses is the same.

Please check how many scopes you have created.

Highly appreciate your effort and time. If you have any question or concern, please feel free to let me know.

    Best regards,

    Michael
