SBS 2011 OWA login ok but cannot do anything, shows coding RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

My sbs 2011 standard server installed lots of updates and now everything is working fine except for OWA.  When you login into OWA, the left hand navigation looks ok but in the center area (should show messages in inbox), i see java script codes in text and i am not able to do anything.  I have confirmed that this issue occurs on all users that attempt to login to OWA.  As a work around for staff, i have them selecting the "light version"check box when logging into OWA which seems to work fine and shows everything as expected.  I really want to be able to use the non light version of OWA but is unable to at the moment due to the massive amount of javascript text showing in the message portion of my inbox.

Before i go looking through all the udpates that were installed, any ideas on this issue or a quick fix?

Please see the script below that is showing in OWA middle area where messages in inbox should be showing..

    Any help is appreciated!!!

  • Are you using TMG or other application to publish the OWA?

If you try to login OWA from your SBS server, will this issue occur?

    Thanks,

    Evan

  • Thank you for your response!

I know for sure that I experience the same issues when trying to login to owa from the server.

As for TMG or other application to publish OWA, I am not 100 percent sure how it's published at the moment.  Can you advise on where i can check those settings?

    Thanks Evan!
