blurry screen RRS feed

  • i had to restore my computer due to a blue screen..and now the same picture i had as my desktop background is completely blurry...icons and everything are fine just for some reason any picture i put as the desktop background is completely blurry... i was wondering if anybody could help me resolve this issue...thanks

  • Hi,

     

    If you met a BSOD issue, please try following general steps to troubleshot this issue.

    1.       Check the memory via Windows Memory Diagnostic.

    2.       Use “Chkdsk /f” command to check your disk.

    3.       Delete all the file in C:\Windows\Performance\WinSAT\DataStore.

     

    If the issue persists, please upload the dump file via SkyDrive and post a link here.

  • What about that blue screen? It could be a hardware or software problem related to your video card.
