Hello,
I'm getting a error message every time I try to Copy a selected piece of my Word document. I get the error message "Microsoft has stopped working", below are the problem details:

I've tried searching online for a solution and used the "Fix It" program but that didn't solve the problem.
Its becoming very frustrating at this stage and word is becoming unusable. So any help appreciated.

If this happens with a particular document, you may treat it as corrupt; for example, copy the content (minus the final paragraph mark) into a new document. To show/hide nonprinting marks, including paragraph marks (¶), you can use the ¶ button on the Home tab.If the problem is with any document, troubleshoot for poorly designed add-ins; take a look at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/921541/en-us/.

Try using Word file repair software, if you are having problem with a perticular document. This site given a facility to repair data in trial version.

If you have the errors with a particular document: I experienced similar Word crashes with a c0000005 exception. I my case it turned out I was using a document template created in of a previous version of Word. Research on the internet showed that Word may not able to handle all scenario's properly in this case. Saving the template to the latest document format solved my problem.Wednesday, January 9, 2013 11:59 AM

I am having the same issue. It happens with any document that I edit in Word. I can backspace to delete copy but if I try to cut and past I get the error message. I agree Word is becoming unusable!!Wednesday, January 9, 2013 5:04 PM
