    Can I download Windows Vista Ulitmate in English and install it over an existing Vista Business Spanish version resulting in an english operation? Equipment is HP Pavillion dv6675us.

    Hi 

    you can download VISTA Ultimate English version, but you cannot upgrade from your current operating system.
    you need to clean install from booting your DVD , Be sure while downloading you should download a full version, not upgraded one.
