    Hello,

    I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to enable this setting if user account control is turned off:

    User Account Control: Virtualize file and registry write failures to per-user locations

    I am finding if UAC is disabled, the above option is also disabled which can cause several applications to not work properly as file and registry writes will fail. So I am wondering if there is a way to have this setting enabled while UAC is completely off.

    Hi,

     

    The setting is based on User Account Control, if User Account Control is disabled, the related settings would be disabled as well.
