  • Hello Clay,

     

    Generally, similar issues are caused by audio adapter corrupt or missing.

     

    Open Device Manager to check the audio device status. If the status is abnormal or you cannot find the device at all, you may go to the manufacturer’s website and download the updated driver for the device (designed for Windows Vista). Install it and check the issues again.

     

    If the Device Manager shows a normal status of the audio device, check the volume configuration of your audio card.
