CCE- Conferencing with PSTN/Mobile is not working when Audio conferencing enabled RRS feed

  • Hi,

    When a P2P call is escalated to a PSTN conference we are getting the below error only users who has audio conferencing license enabled. if we disabled the audio conferencing, calls getting escalated to a conferences and can add pstn into the sfB calls.

    as per the below MS KB articles i have configured.

  • Hi MadhuSri011,

    Taking a look at your screenshot, it would appear that the number you're calling starting with 900 isn't being normalised to +E164 format. This could be why Skype isnt able to connect the call.

    You don't need a license for PSTN conferencing to escalate a call to a three person call, but you would if you started a conference call and then added someone to the call by dialing out to them from the meeting.

    Thank you so much.  But for china we usually dial "900+country code + mobile number" it works and normalised to e164 format. 

    We can successfully escalate to PSTN conference when we disable "Audio Conference" . but only issue with when we enable , PSTN cant add in the Conference.
