Contrubite access denied cant see list RRS feed

    I have a list that has special permission on our site and there are several people who do not have access to see it, when I go into permissions they are listed as contribute but yet they cant see the list,  is there a setting somewhere we are missing, they did have access up untill about a month ago when we went in and deleted a item on the page and now they cant see the list anymore.  We are running 2007

    Do you know how to check the list for broken permission inheritance?  If the list is no longer inheriting permissions from the parent and doesn't contain your contributor members, it'll explain why they can't see it.
