Full Administrator Rights - Some Options Grayed Out

Question
-
I am an InTune Administrator with full access pursuant to the screen captures below. That said, I am unable to perform a full wipe of a system (grayed out), push software updates or delete a system. Apparently I can only add two images so I will reply to my own thread with the other two which show granted access.
What am I overlooking in the configuration of InTune? In the for-what-it's-worth department we are using Office 365 For Business.
The systems we need to manage are not part of any Domain but rather are laptops in the field.
Thank you,
- S

That option is not available for devices managed with the Microsoft Intune agent.

There are two ways to manage devices with Intune: either by enrolling them (OMA DM Management) or installing the Intune client. Full wipe is only available for enrolled devices.

Additional screen captures from my original post, above. Note the grayed out functionality. I.e., unable to Manage Access, Delete, Manage Groups, etc. Again, thank you.

Hi,
If you enroll the device as an mobile device then you will be able to do the full wipe.
Best regards,
Jimmy

Thanks Jimmy. So a full wipe by designed is only meant for a mobile device and not a laptop?
Again, thank you.

Thank you, Peter. A full wipe is not available for PC's (laptops) yet? But it will work for mobile devices, correct?
What are your thoughts on the items in my screen captures that are grayed out?
Best,
