Azure AD 3rd party application RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

is it possible to have the link of the website/application (accessed via browser) be integrated in Azure AD then can be integrated to O365 Apps, then if the user in Azure AD logs in at O365, the application tile is there and if i click it, it will be automatically signed on the application using Azure AD credentials?

    Thank you!

  • It is possible. In fact, i have done in one of my projects.

    1. In the Office 365 portal, on the left navigation panel, click Azure Active Directory icon.
    2. Add your SaaS App from the gallery or as non-gallery app or the other options available in Add your own app.
    3. Configure Single Sign-On using SAML or Password Based. If using SAML, then you have to configure on the Web App side to accept Azure AD SAML authentication and the same set of users should exist already.
    4. Assign it to the Azure AD users.
    5. Once done, users will be able to view the Web App tile in Office 365 App Launcher under 'All Apps' and launch it with SSO in effect.

Use this document i had prepared for a similar requirement with one of the learning website.
