Windows 7 Product Key RRS feed

  • Microsoft claims the installed Windows 7 is a copy asking me to enter the product key for authenticity. I enter the correct product key and it registers as an error. What is the problem here as we bought the software from the Best Buy and it is not a copy. Is Microsoft is playing a game to force us to buy the same soft ware twice for greater profit? I need an explantion from Mr Microsoft on the subject. JE Guneyli
