  Hi,

  just install the RDS License Server role on a server, then you can provide this Server per GPO to your RDS environment.

  In GPO, you should find it under:

  Computer Configuration | Policies | Administrative Templates | Windows Components\Remote Desktop Services\Remote Desktop Session Host -Licensing
