How to load photos to Ebay? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Our new Windows 10 computer doesn't allow uploading photos to Ebay.  We use a USB to upload and it loads fine with our older Windows 7 computer.  Windows 10 wants us to resize and I wouldn't even begin to know how to do so for all photos.

Is it even possible to to unload Windows 10 on a new computer to upload version 8?

  • Hi Ms. Pocketts,

How did you upload photos to eBay?  Through the browser (Internet Explorer) or eBay app?

Is there any detailed information when you are asked to resize the photo? It will be better if you can provide a screen shot.

According to my research, there might be size limits when we try to upload photos to eBay.

If you receive an error message that says that your file is too large, check the size of your picture. You may need to resize your Picture smaller.

Please refer to this link to troubleshoot the photo uploader

Considering you could upload pictures on Windows 7 before. If you are using previous Internet Explorer version before, try to open the eBay website in Compatibility View and upload pictures again to have a test.
