Service Manager Portal Not Re-sizing Correctly RRS feed

  • My organization has deployed the new self-service portal. We are encountering issues with using the site on all devices (mobile devices, PCs etc). When the window re-sizes the text begins to overlap and the request offerings do not load (this appears to only occur when the windows width is decreased). Is anyone else encountering this as well?

  • Hello,

    I would like to suggest you change to use IE browser to open the portal if you are using other browser.

    In addition, please change your screen resolution on your PC and check the result.
