Can't Send Healthvault Message RRS feed

  • I'm attempting to establish initial communication with the medical facility, but I continually receive the error message:

    "We're sorry, an unexpected error occurred while sending your mail. Please try again."

    Their address is xxxx@direct.secureehrdata.com

    Any help would be appreciated.

  • I just tried again. I still get the same error message. I get the error whether I reply to the doctor's message or if I start a new message.
