  • Hello,

    In Windows 7 32 Bit Enterprise Edition, if a webpage in IE1 displayed below, What needs to be verified.

    It works for same user in different machine

    Tried to run the webpage in IE7 mode and Ie9 in the same machine and did not work

    According to your description, the blank page could be caused by some reasons. Please start in Clean Boot to avoid the effects of third party software and disable security software temporarily. We could try follow the steps in the below to check.

    1. Open IE in the no-add on mode.
    2. Open tool>Internet options, select "Security" Tab, Click the button that says "RESET all Zones to Default Level" Follow the prompts and allow it to reset all security to default levels.
    3. Try reset IE

    Then we could try check the webpage in Compatibility Mode.
