  • Hi Community,

One of our customer has the below requirement:

    1. Is there anyway to schedule a single Skype for Business 2015 (on-prem) meeting with two time slots so that we can send a single meeting invite to two groups containing the same contents for agenda and all? The goal is we're enabling each group to attend the meeting in different time slots.

    2. How enable anonymous chat in SfB 2015? Let's say if HR wants to do anonymous chat with employees?

Any pointers would be of great help.

    Many thanks!

  • Hi Newlife1985,

<Question 1> Is there any way to schedule a single Skype for Business 2015 (on-prem) meeting with two time slots so that we can send a single meeting invite to two groups containing the same contents for agenda and all? I’m afraid that it is hard to realize for now.

In my test, users can decline the request or propose a new meeting time in Outlook if they receive a meeting request for a time that they are not available. Meanwhile, the meeting organizer can either accept or decline the proposal.

We recommend you give a feedback in Outlook UserVoice (the link is: https://outlook.uservoice.com/forums/284136-outlook-com/suggestions/32427382-multiple-time-slot-support-for-meeting-invites-and). It will improve your user experience for our product.

<Question 2> How enable anonymous chat in SfB 2015? Let's say if HR wants to do anonymous chat with employees.

It seems no such feature in Skype for Business now.

You can just join as anonymous in Skype for Business meeting. We also highly recommend you give a feedback in the Skype for Business user voice. You kindly feedback will improve your experience with our product.

    Thanks for your understanding.
