Outlook calendar (location & availability) for multiple locations

    Question

  • We have multiple remote offices. How can I set up outlook calendar to show when I am in one office or another (we know in advance where we will be for the next 6-12 months) and either available or not available.  This way if someone tries to schedule a meeting or a phone call they are made aware which office I'll be in that day and if I'm available or not.
