Hi Angela,
>>A few users who have outlook 2016 who have there archive folder (pst) on there personal network folder are loosing connection to the pst file, even though the network drives are still there.
What's the detailed situation about loosing connection to the PST file? Is there any error description when you open the PST file in Outlook 2016?
In Outlook 2016, please click File > Open&Export > Open Outlook Data File, locate the PST file from Network path and click Open. Additionally, .pst files are not intended as an enterprise network solution. Although it is possible to specify
a network directory or a Universal Naming Convention (UNC) path as a storage location for a .pst file, network usage is not meant to be a long-term, continuous-use method of storing messages in an enterprise environment. For more information about this, please
