Wallpaper Policy Not working XP

Hi,
I applied one Desktop wallpaper policy through Group Policy. But the policies is applied in some machine only. After i checked rsop.msc to find policy is applied correctly or not, Policy is Applied Correctly and I did gpupdate /force after that also not working. After i try to take My Domain Sharing Folder (Which is created for Wallpaper) not coming It is saying "Network Path was not Found"
I tried to restart the Workstation Services. Restarted Perfectly.
I think because of this only policy not getting Applied. Can you please help on this.

Which os you are using as Domain and client os. if you have installed srv2008 or 2008 R2 as Domain and client os ix XP SP3 then you have to install client side extensions on XP machines to take effect of group policy.

Run "Gpresult /r" on clinet where wallpaper not applied and paste result here.

That Folder is not accessible. I'm using .jpg file

are you sure getting "network path was not found" if you are getting this error that means simple that machine is not be able to talk to folder for wallpaper is this on different subnet. if not check folder permissions.
